Nicolas Robson joins JusticeRisk Solutions

JusticeRisk is very pleased to announce that Nick Robson has joined the team as our new Managing Director.

You will no doubt remember Nick from DAS, where he developed and launched ATE insurance into the Canadian market; where JRS quickly established itself as the dominant ATE brokerage.

Nick hails from Australia and was qualified as a lawyer in Queensland in 2007 after working in an Australian Army JAG cell. Nick entered in the ATE insurance industry in 2009 when he took up the role as an underwriter/business manager with an insurance brokerage within the DAS group in England. After conducting ATE market studies in both Australia and Canada for the DAS group, Nick was offered the role as Manager, ATE & Special Initiatives at DAS Canada, where expanded ATE insurance across Canada in 2014.

Nick is easily the most experience and qualified ATE professional in Canada, and is an expert in ATE insurance for all litigation lines (personal injury, medical malpractice, civil/commercial, and insolvency).

Nick has held practicing certificates in Australia as well as England & Wales (Solicitor), and was recently admitted to the bar in Ontario.

Nick will continue to work very closely with DAS, he will also assist our rapid expansion into other areas of ATE insurance such as Medical Malpractice and Civil/Commercial ATE solutions.
